Don't ever move to Petersburg or you will have to deal with complete idiocy from their government, not to mention Kevin Brown who works for the City Treasury and is extremely rude. I asked him to explain to me how the property taxes work and he talked to me very rudely and didn't want to do his job in explaining anything since I was unfamiliar with the process
