BEWARE!!!!!! This business sold my mother who is a disabled senior citizen a car. She has had that car for 5 months and has had numerous of problems. The air stopped working (which we have gotten fixed) and also the engine burns up 4 quarts of oil within a 2 week spand of time. When you start the car the engine revs and the speedometer gets stuck. You have to turn the traction control button off just to get it to move smoothly. We also found out that we have been overcharged 10,000 dollars for a 2011 Chevy Equinox. We have spoken to someone about taking the car back because it is very dangerous and she helps me with my son. This car is very dangerous and we do not feel safe when driving this car. I would like to speak with the general manager about giving this car back. But I do NOT RECOMMEND this establishment !

They persuad people to buy a car that's not reliable, and then they selling you cars that look good such as interiors, body, and etc. whole time the engine is mess up and they send you to the most bootleg ghetto shops instead of a shop or dealership that's going to actually put work in and do their jobs. I'm a college student missed many of my class because of this car that they claim that was going to be reliable, lost 2 jobs cause I can't make it to work. I just don't recommend any college students, or anyone to have to go thru what I've been through. I really wouldn't want anyone to come cause they will get you.
nope. Have not had this car a year yet the rear end distribution went out, took the vehicle to a in service repair facility the car is still sitting there a week later no claim submitted Im on the phone with a rep now because I had to rent a car (*still making the payments on the vehicle that is not operable) and Im trying to get a service vehicle while we wait for the car to be repaired. Its getting to the point where I have to either pay my car note or extend the rental. Just need more assistance here.
