Being that Walmart is 1of 2 grocery store in the city, I went in on Saturday to ask for boxes. I was told by 2 different associates to call back to get the night manager Steve to save them at the front desk. If no one answers the phone, how are you to speak to a manager or anyone else. 3 different times for a total of 7 minutes the phone rang with no answer at all. Customer service is terrible, not enough coverage for service in departments. I waited in the paint department for over 20 minutes to get paint mixed, I answered the phone while waiting, to help the customer on the phone. They didn't have the paint he wanted. I try not to go unless I can't help it. It's sad how they have try the city over a barrel
Clean, has nearly everything you could ever need. The associates are friendly and always helpful. The only reason I didn't give Wal-Mart 5 stars is that the cashiers are quite slow checking your groceries out.
Its about 50/50 at this Wal-Mart. I've had good experiences and bad ones. Don't expect to get out quickly though. No matter what time of day it is there are always lines out the wazoo.
I had a mix up concerning my grandchildren medicine with the insurance. And they were patient and truly good with assisting me.
to fellow hunters never try to buy guns here.. they never have anyone there that can sell you one.. I have had that experience twice..
