Friendly staff, very helpful.
They go out of their way to help me every time I go in the store. I feel welcome as soon as I step in.
This is the only GameStop location I ever go to. This one puts the two Colonial Heights locations to shame. Employees are always willing to carry on a conversation with you about games, and are always informative. I've been here countless times and can't think of one bad experience that I've had.
Great help when something is wrong with a console you just bought that's within 30 days but I wish they had more things in stock that I see on their website (GameStop website)
