Totally forgot to order flowers for a ceremony, but they had me covered! Four hours before the ceremony I called and they had a simple yet amazing bouquet of fresh roses ready. I asked if they could make another one just like it and it was done in 20 minutes while I waited, which was another pleasure in itself. Had an amazing conversation with one of the owners about the history of the building, the neighborhood, their family and their business. Friendly, prompt, and definitely worth every penny spent. This shop is all the way around amazing! From the excellent customer service to the amazing arrangement i received, I couldn't be happier. I walked in the afternoon before my 20th Anniversary and was looking for a unique arrangement for our special day. I have spent 20+ years in the military and my wife has endured a lot during that time. I wanted something special to show my love and appreciation. From the moment I walked in, I was skeptical as to the service I would receive. The shop wasn't booming with flowers and decorations, it was an old building with minimal floral arrangements. That is when I met the owner. He and I had a pleasant discussion about what I was looking for and it turned to military talk and family. Right away I was feeling like I came to the right place. After a excellent conversation, he assured me that he could do exactly what I was asking for. At first I was a little shocked at the price, he did give me a military discount and I was willing to pay since it was short notice. I expected to get the usual arrangement that you would get at any flower shop. I was mistaken. Although my wife didn't play along with my surprise and I had to call them to call off the delivery (typical wife behavior right? Lol) and pick them up myself. When I did pick them up, I was blown away! The 20 red roses, 2 yellow roses, 1 pink rose, and 1 blue rose arrangement was the most beautiful roses I have seen in my 40+ years. I knew for sure this would be a hit with my wife. I wasn't wrong. My wife said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever seen. She even said to me 3 days later that she wishes she could freeze time for these symbol of love so they would be here forever. Needless to say, I did good and I truly owe it to the team at the Flower Mart. Thank you Flower Mart for being a business that provides amazing family style customer service and producing a product that demonstrates true passion for the business you are in. I will be back and I will spread the word of this amazing experience. Thank you!
