I needed to return an item that was erroneously purchased. I visited customer service with the merchandise and a receipt. The associate was happy to assist then referred me to a cashier for my refund. The cashier was new but excited to help. After getting assistance from another coworker, she told me I couldn't get a refund without the debit card. Wow...wish the first associate could've told me that before being shuffled to the next! Entire process took 2.5 hours because I had to drive out of town to get the debit card. ..item was $12.

I have been in 4 or 5 times, every time is like Christmas. They have amazing prices, and selection, and I have always had very helpful cheerful assistance. Two gentlemen helped me load my car and it was an expert packing job. I am heading there this weekend to get a greenhouse. Much better quality and price than the flimsy ones at discount stores.
