IGA! That's how bad this place is. The vegtables were rotten. The meat was so old, and so brown--disgusting. I bought a gallon of milk which went bad in 3 days. The refrigeration stands are old and barely functional. Why this place hasn't been forced to shut down is beyond me. Prices are expensive to boot but they are the only grocer in downtown Petersburg. Very disturbing place. Iga!
