Poor staff, never answer front desk phones and piss poor management, execute director is the best however and get things done. This place would be nothing without him. I will give them a rating of 3 because he is there.
I really enjoy the community feel of YMCA Petersburg. The staff great you with a smile and always willing to help. Members are very friendly and motivate me to stay on track.
