The staff, nurses, docs, and anesthesiologist for my procedure were awesome and the facility is nice. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is because of the wait time for a same day/ outpatient procedure. My procedure ended up happening at least two hours later than scheduled. They need to more accurately estimate the time for procedures in order to save staff and patient time. My anesthesiologist was awesome, I'm giving him 5 stars!!!
Dr. Vincent and Donna the ultrasound tech at the Women's Imaging Center was wonderful . They were professional , thorough, and very compassionate . Very pleased!!!
I'm giving 1 star for the ICU staff who were incredible.... however the rest of my experience with this hospital was absolutely awful. My mother had a stroke, is literally paralyzed on her entire right side. Getting the attending Physician to fill out paper work for her short term disabilty has been absolutely impossible. They told me to contact her PCP... Oh you mean the PCP that you neglected to notify that you were treating her patient? Hospitals are supposed to help people, not make their live worse while charging them thousands of dollars.
This has to be one of the laziest hospitals in Virginia. Nobody ever knows anything, the Doctors drag their feet no matter how serious the situation. They send various doctors, that provide no service what so ever and bill you. In turn they give absolutely no input or help to your situation. This hospital appears to hold patients for purposes of billing your insurance. I will never go to this hospital even if near death, I'll take my chances on the ride elsewhere. My family will never step foot in this hospital again unless it's to visit someone that is unfortunate enough to be admitted there.
Nurses on 4th floor East first then West Cardiac were great. Our mom is 92 with a great deal of issues and they have been both caring and compassionate. She loved Edith.
