Just awful. Waitress was not friendly.The order was screwed up twice. Food was cold. The manager sitting on his fat ass eating and didn't try to assist. I asked the waitress was this her 1st day? She stated, no ma'am. I won't be returning back to the waffle House. Left and went to Denny's.
Fast friendly professional service especially since the current manager at the one in colonial heights wooped this place into shape! 11% improvement!
It's usually very good...but today I waited 20 min..no service...so I went to another place to eat
Food was decent, the women who gave it to me( who was really nice and the only good thing about this place) asked if the plate was mine so I’m guessing it was sitting up there for a while(didn’t get food for a good 20minutes).Sat down and waited about 15minutes when it wasn’t even busy. Table was beyond sticky(which the guy did clean off after he took my order). After women bought me my food, he finally brought me my water. So 30-40 minutes without a drink is kinda lame. Beside the horrendous wait for nothing, I had to listen to two trashy white families cuss and talk about their trailer park life’s when they weren’t even eating. They were just hanging out in the place.
Service was great. And the food was out fast
