These guys actually caused micro scratches in my paint by using old or dirty wash towels/clothes. I had a perfect finish that was left completely swirled by this hand wash while automatic brush washes never damaged my finish THIS MUCH. I also noted bad use of corrective compounds and incorrect tools for paint cleaning and correction.
For a basic cleaning these guys are fine to remove major dirt, but for those like me that have a more discerning eye for show car quality or paint correction - stay away!
Hand washes the exterior, but the inside of the car looked like it wasn't even touched. Very disappointed.
