I was supposed to have my package delivered twice they say they came and I was sitting right in the house going back and forth to the door they never left a orange card like they were supposed to that's because they never came so I sat in the house for two days waiting on them like another reviewer said it's not the post office itself it's the delivery guys because he/she did not come to my home if so I would have an orange card stating that they had been there it's really bad for business
No mail for a week, signature delivery required yet dropped off at wrong address. What else do you need to know. USPS needs to overhaul asap, especially as it pertains to their delivery to Fort Lee!
Such poor service. Passport photo I had taken here was rejected after review. Today they told me USPS didn't allow you to come to the office to intercept a package and that it could ONLY be done online when really the manager just didn't know how to it.
The office itself alright. Never any long lines. But the delivery service. I don't know if it's the mail carrier or the folks sorting the mail at that location, but they are constantly losing mail. I've used the online form several times to make a formal complaint, and all I get is a 'call us' response', which results in nothing but 'sorry, not our fault'. How can it not be their fault when tracking numbers clearly indicate that multiple pieces of my mail have arrived at that location for sorting/delivery, yet they never arrive at my home? When you hear talk about the USPS going downhill, the Petersburg location is a prime example as to why that is.
This is the forth time I have had a package not delivered. I pay extra for shipping, I place my address in bold lettering, I wait at home I ask the delivery guy and nothing, I get nothing! Half the time Im asking for refunds for items I know Amazon has shipped, and the other half Random people (good samaritans) are bringing My package to my door! So these people can find my house and easily read my address But a trained Professional cant seem to get it right to save his life...I will not use petersburg usps to deliver anymore of my packages Ill pay extra for fed-ex or UPS. since im paying already for less than sub-par non existent service.
