Completely unproffessional. After helping a friend pay their rent my husband and I were very short on cash and could not afford to pay the vet. This office does not see your animal unless you pay the day your animal is seen. So we called the aspca for help. They gave us a voucher for a free medical exam. While I was on the phone with whoever answered the phone I told her that the last time we were there the bill hit us kind of hard. She cut me off asked my last name and put the phone down. She proceeded to talk about me as if I was complaining and trying not to pay for anything, like I was a cheapskate who didn't care for her pet. She then hung up the phone. When I called back and confronted her she continued to explain that when people come in with aspca vouchers they take a monetary hit so it is frustrating for them thus justifying why she spoke badly of me.
Went here once, they did an awesome job. Good service. Went in a few years later. No hours posted, no sign for open or closed and it was closed on a weekday @ 1pm...

My advice to anyone using a voucher or hard up on cash don't go to this vet. They only want your money.
They know you and your pets by name. Always willing to help. I have 2 large dogs that can be difficult to handle at one time and they will always assist!
They are so Awesome with my labs an they don't charge alot to care for your dog's
