Stood in line for 2 minutes before anyone walked up to take my order. As they approached I greeted the cashier and she never spoke not even once!!! The manager was scolding the associates working in the kitchen over the mic. Very poorly run and terrible service. I will not be returning!
Yesterday, I bought 2 Cajun biscuit combos around lunch time and the food tasted like it had sat there since breakfast. Biscuit was cold and stale, chicken was cold and hard, and tater tots overcooked.....it was nasty. I wasted $10.00 but never again.
Good chicken and great sides. First time eating at this chain. Rachet x staff member came in in front of us so I guess she was more important than the customers to the rest of the staff. But the ones behind the counter were polite and place was very clean.
Bojangles has great food, a little pricey and sometimes slow, but great food !
Great customer service skills.. All employees. Make sure that the customer is happy.Excellent team !!
