The park on Mckenzie street is quiet and it is a great place to take my puppy to play.
The area isn't safe. I wouldn't go again.
Depends on what you are looking for in a park, but I'm thinking there are better options.
Great place to enter the river trail maintained by FOLAR (Friends of the Lower Appomattox River)! Beautiful scenery, great fishing spots and very relaxing in a mostly quiet atmosphere. Take your bike and double the pleasure!
