The employees don't want to work and they never smile or make u feel welcome
Svc is sometimes good. Always a long wait. But their food is always fresh
Everytime I go to this Wendy's there is always a line and the customer service here is horrible. I swear it's like they are trying to piss you off on purpose. But those Wendy's salads are good as hell.

Would give a zero if I could. The person taking orders took 5 mins to come in from outside. Knew there was no ice for drinks bur still handed you a cup and then you had to ask for it. Was out of ketchup Iin the dispensers and out of packaged ketchup.
