Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast, but the hotel is located by a busy intersection which woke me several times during the night, even though my room was at the far side of the hotel. The air/heat unit in our room had a very loud fan, which would wake me up whenever it kicked on, so i turned the fan on continuous mode so it wouldn't go from silence too jet engine every 15 minutes.
Awesome staff! We checked in late, had just admitted our child into the hospital and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and caring. Our stay was not long but we appreciated their kind words. Great room and breakfast.
Pretty nice, very quiet....excellent breakfast!! Best breakfast of ANY HOTEL I've stayed, and I travel for work....ALOT of hotels. Under construction, but still a good place.
Clean, comfortable, friendly, and better than average breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, updated, nice comfy bed, and even good pillows. Was the room prefect? No. But pretty good for an affordable hotel. The staff was very quick to accommodate, and help with a small issue. And finally, i was thrilled with the eggs, home fries and circle shaped, crispy bacon for breakfast. I would stay there again.
I really wish there was a NO STAR rating! We broke down literally right in front of the Petersburg location on a Saturday night. My wife, twin 7 year old daughters and I procured a room. The outside and lobby looked great so we felt lucky to break down here. Until we got to our room, upon realizing that this room wreaked of smoke which we were told all rooms were non smoking rooms were realized the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. When my wife called the front desk she was asked and was told " what do you want me to do, I'm the only one here and we have no more rooms available!" now let me address the blood or some other bodily fluid on the bathmat by the shower! Next the beds were never changed from the previous people in the room!!! Completely disgusting! I felt so bad for my daughters to have to sleep in this filth, let me also add the garbage from the previous people was never cleaned up. Even the microwave did work. I'm currently waiting to hear from the corporate offices, I will post more after I hear from them. Also I neglected to mention that the corridors of this establishment wreaks of some sort of cleaning solvent, it actually nauseated my wife. After witnessing the horrible oders omitting from our room it's not surprising that the corridors of this establishment wreaks. I received a full refund after this establishment did it's investigation, which was the only right thing to do in this matter.
