Not a bad Hampton inn. The carpet in the room is fairly worn, the lamps all seem to have different temperature bulbs from cool white to yellow. Location is easy, the room has fair amount of space and was reasonably clean. Staff was friendly.

When I first book the hotel Demetrius was a great help in helping me book my stay The front dest staff and the complimentary breakfast staff is amazing they're very nice and very helpful the complimentary breakfast was wonderful so many different selections and choices with a very comfortable seating area with a big screen TV and fresh baked cookies The rooms are spacious I have the king-size Suite with the whirlpool tub and I also booked a two full bed room and they connected so we had basically one big family suite which was wonderful the outdoor pool is fine it felt like it was actually heated Everything was a wonderful experience my only complaint was for my two-day stay I did not get a room cleaning which is kind of strange in my opinion other than that my stay was wonderful Petersburg is a wonderful location and we definitely will be coming back plenty of places to eat highly recommend the Virginia Diner wonderful place to eat next time we are in the Petersburg area we will definitely be staying here
Dump. Facility smelled of moth balls. I could of sworn that our room #312 had black mold growing on the ceiling. It was very musty/mildew smelling. On the plus...breakfast was good and free 24hr coffee.
Room was clean, employees were polite and efficient. Included breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. No issues, would stay here again.
