Only reason I gave 1 star is because minus zero was not a option!!!
I enjoyed the kindness, and was very accomodated, even though i came two hours early from my daughter military graduated. Nice pool all areas very clean. I was very comfortable.
I should close with positives. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
The first room we were assigned had unmade beds. The night staff wad vey nice and gave us a different room. There were 3 stuffed animals sticking out from under the bed, staff came and got them. The room needed a really good cleaning. There was dust and dirt all along the edges, in corners and even the shelf of the night stand. The woodwork in the bathroom had a thick coat of dust, dirt and hair...gross. The tub had a ring in it and walls had a thick coat of soap scum. Scrubbing bubbles would have had to work overtime. I put a towel on the tub floor so as not to actually touch it.
She tells me she was training a new staff and what did I want her to do!!!!
I did call front desk telling her of her drunk housekeeper and she apologized.
Anyone who knows me will verify these are true statement!!! I’m very much into customer service food service
At 9am, someone used the key and tried to come in. We said we were in there but he still tried to open the door. He was head of housekeeping and looking for the stuffed animals which had been retrieved the night before.
They gave me 30 percent off. They offered to have housekeeping clean sorry she was drunk really!!!
The morning one who sat while people had to tell her coffee was done really your getting paid to do a job!!
I must say the girl who work night shift was sincere.
Book hotel for 2 nights room was ok. Work all day came to room beds not made trash still in room. Towels wash cloth gone. Called from desk was told housekeeping was coming.
Kind of out of the way but very reasonably priced
Giving it 1 star because the girl at the front desk was nice. Long story short this place is a dump. We walked in to a floor that feels like it's gunna break and lights that didn't work. Bed looks clean, but debatable. Seems like the room has never seen a vacuum, drawers have trash in them, and you have to plug everything in to see if it even works. On the plus side, the non smoking room doesn't have a lingering odor of old smoke.
I ask to speak to manager never happen.
I’m in shock not sure if it was from her smell or just wanting to shower and resting.
15 mnts later housekeeper did arrive along with her explosive smell of beer etc I had to turn my head (wow)
