I am not a hard person to PLEASE. BUT THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST.. 1ST ROOM I ASK FOR SMOKING,HE WAS NICE ABOUT AND CHANGE MY ROOM. THAT ROOM HAD HAIR ON THE TOILET SEAT AND ALL AROUND THE SINK AND LITTLE FLYING BUGS AND A DIRTY MICROWAVE. ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THE NEXT ROOM HAD BEER CANS AND CUPS AND TV ON AND LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WAS LAYING IN TOP OF THE BED. ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM THIS ROOM TOLIET DIRTY AND BEDS NOT EVEN MADE UP. AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I SHOULD CHECK FIRST. IT'S 11 AT NIGHT JUST VISTING. WONT TRY TO CLEAN ROOMS OR OFFER ME ANOTHER ROOM. SAM WAS SO NOT PROFESSIONAL. I COULD HAVE ACT LIKE A FOOL. BUT THE HONEY DIDN'T WORK ON THIS BEE NEVER EVER AGAIN. THIS DAYS INN DON'T STAY THERE.And I only gave it 1 Star because I had to in order to post it.
Too many roaches to sleep , biggest mosquitoes I have ever saw (in the room). And I'm from new Jersey. Expected booger around toilet paper, found said booger next to a used roll of toilet paper , re wrapped (1/2 roll re wrapped )
The hotel was very reasonably priced. Easy to get to, and easy to drive a 22' moving truck in and out. The continental breakfast was not very good. They served oatmeal, which tasted of rotten vinegar. And they did have a waffle maker, but do not serve real butter. They supplied some 'Buttery flavored spread'. Again, for the room, the price, and the convenience. I would stay there again. I would just plan on another form of breakfast.
The staff was very friendly. Made you feel welcome. Tried to please you. However the website said free gym, ect. There is nothing there. So that's false advertisement!! The room was clean. The hotel was very clean. The free continental breakfast is not worth your time. It's only for 2hrs. So you have to go early b4 9am IF YOU WANT IT. THE POOL HOWEVER WAS DIRTY. WE WENT TO USE IT. IT WAS LOCKED AROUND 10AM. WE WAITED FOR THEM TO CLEAN IT. SO WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM FOR A HR. WHEN WE DECIDED TO GO BACK, THE GROUNDS KEEPER SAW US COMING AND BROKE HIS NECK TO RUN AND CLEAN THE POOL. HOWEVER ALL HE DID WAS BLOW THE GROUND WITH THE BLOWER HE WAS USING. WHEN WE WENT TO GET IN THE POOL, IT WAS Dirty. Cigarette butt in it. Insects. The water was DIRTY. I TOOK THE LONG NET THAT WAS POOLSIDE AND CLEANED THE POOL MYSELF A LIL BIT. THERE WERE CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND INSIDE THE POOL AREA. BECAUSE YOU HAVE PIGS THAT SMOKE THERE THAT PUT OUT THEIR CIGARETTES AND LEAVE THE BUTTS right there. However if these people know that every morning someone is going to use the pool they should clean it early EVERY MORNING B4 OR OPEN UP FOR THE GUEST. BUT OTHER THAN THIS it was a OK stay. It's located at a very convenient location. I love the location. It's easy to get around to lots of other places.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Customer service is bad. The Internet did not stay connected for more than a few seconds at a time. When my boss and I inquired at the front desk, the clerks were not helpful of friendly. We were basically told the Internet worked for their computers (which, of course, we're connected with ethernet cables-not wifi), so they were not worried about it. They told us it was our problem. I was a computer science major and KNOW how to connect to wifi...it was their issue. The rooms were not too bad, but the service was so awful (and traveling for business Internet connection was an absolute necessity), I would not stay there again if it were $10 per night.

The people (2) were cordial, but from (perhaps a far away land , in a 3rd world country ) and again , I'm sure my complaints would have been met more diligently , but they found it more entertaining , me, complaining about bugs...
